Returns

Tell us within 7 days of receipt if an item is not what you ordered or arrived damaged. We will arrange a replacement or credit.

Unused stocked items in their original condition may be returned within 14 days of receipt by arrangement. Return transport is for your account unless the error was ours.

Items ordered from the manufacturer for you, cut lengths of gasket, and keyed-to-order items cannot be returned unless faulty.

Report a suspected fault with the part number, quantity and a description. We will inspect the item and, where a manufacturing fault is confirmed, replace or credit it.
