Privacy

When you send an enquiry or place an order we store the details you give us: name, company, email, telephone, delivery address, the products and quantities, your message and any drawing or photograph you attach. When you create an account we store your login details and order history.

To answer your enquiry, quote, supply and invoice you, and to keep a record of what you ordered so you can re-order it.

Files you attach to an enquiry are stored on our server in a private location that is not accessible over the web. They are shared only with our sales and technical staff and, where needed to answer your enquiry, with the manufacturer.

We record anonymous site events such as searches, drawing views and enquiry submissions to see what customers use. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

You may ask us what personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct or delete it by emailing sales@oskar.co.za. This site is operated in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act.
